Hey y'all, it's Lisl. It's a little late now (I mean as I'm writing this, not as you're reading it. I don't know your life), so I'm going to keep this quick! This is my second manicure for the Tri-Polish challenge this month.
(Tri-Polish Challenge recap: there are three official colors for the challenge every month, I pick three polishes corresponding to those colors and create four manicures using those colors!)
I started with a base of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White Out, then made every design I could think of with striping tape! Then, I used a nail as a dotting tool to fill in the spaces made by the tape with my three Tri-Polish Colors this month:
OPI Quarter of a Cent-Cherry, Butter London Blagger, and Cover Girl Non-Stop Stone.
When I was applying my top coat (Essie Good to Go), I accidentally smudged my middle finger with a giant red streak :(. So I kind of splooged some more White Out on there, not super elegant!
I really love it though, especially the pattern on the messed up middle finger! I think I might revisit that one some day soon. Y'all should check out everyone else's manicures. They are super great!
Lovely............ :)
ReplyDeletethis is stunning!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It's my first time doing a striping tape pattern and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.
DeleteWow this is really great some very crisp lines :D Great job! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks! I think I just got lucky. I can never figure out why sometimes my tape manis work and other times they're disastrous.
